Job summary

Polytainers in Lee's Summit, MO is seeking a Feeder for the Printing department. The role operates on a night shift (7 pm – 7 am) with a 2-2-3 rotating schedule and starts at $17.21 per hour plus a $2 per hour night shift premium.

Reports to the Printing Shift Supervisor and supports unpacking, teardown and feeders on multiple machines as needed. The Feeder will assist with in-feed elevators/spin bars, maintain supplies, and help with press setup and cleanup while ensuring a clean workspace.

Qualifications

• No minimum education experience required.
• No previous experience required.
• Good PC skills including Microsoft Office applications.

Responsibilities

• Unpack product from boxes and fill in-feed elevators or in-feed spin bars
• Fill in for other feeders on their lunches and breaks
• Maintain supply of boxes and U-boards for press operator
• Assist Press Operators with teardown
• Ensure that machines and area around the machines are clean
• Assist operator in copy changes and mechanicals
• Assist in clean-up of press and area
• Keep operator informed of variation in molded product
• Perform other job duties as assigned
