Job summary

Keystone Cooperative is seeking a team-oriented individual to join our feed mill operations in Indiana. The role includes manufacturing livestock feed, handling related paperwork, and supporting loading/unloading; forklift operation and grain handling are also involved.

You will assist with maintenance, understand feed ingredients, ensure safe handling, and maintain accurate records. Strong teamwork, reliability, and detail orientation are essential for success.

Qualifications

• High School Diploma or equivalent required.
• Agriculture background is a plus.
• Ability to learn basic software and operate systems.

Responsibilities

• Manufacture livestock feed and handle related paperwork.
• Assist with loading/unloading trucks and warehouse duties.
• Operate scales for inbound/outbound trucks.
• Perform basic preventative maintenance and housekeeping.
• Understand feed ingredients and safe handling techniques.
• Distribute feed to trucks and operate equipment safely.
• Follow laws, regulations, and safety rules.
• Complete required paperwork and records.
• Assist with other duties as assigned.
