Qualifications

• High School Diploma or GED is required.
• Minimum of five years' experience in repair/maintenance of plumbing, electrical, and HVAC systems.
• Knowledge of building maintenance procedures and safety.

Responsibilities

• Plan, prioritize, assign and oversee Facility Operations staff.
• Provide guidance on equipment repair procedures and maintenance.
• Schedule and plan work orders and preventive maintenance.
• Identify and allocate resources as needed.
• Train personnel in preventative maintenance and safety inspections.
• Coordinate repair activities with site operations to reduce downtime.
• Perform routine maintenance on plumbing, electrical, and HVAC systems.
• Work at various heights and operate lifts as required.
• Perform other duties as assigned.
