Job summary

ABM US is seeking a General Maintenance Technician to perform preventive and reactive maintenance on equipment and facilities at Gulfstream, Savannah. The role requires a practical understanding of mechanical, plumbing, electrical, painting and HVAC systems in a safety-driven team setting.

The position operates on a 2nd shift (Mon-Fri, 3pm–11:30pm) with a 10% shift premium. ABM offers comprehensive benefits and career growth opportunities for incumbents joining the team.

Qualifications

• General understanding of mechanical, plumbing, electrical, painting, HVAC and housekeeping aspects.
• Willingness to perform preventive and reactive maintenance in a team setting.
• Ability to follow safety protocols and maintain clean mechanical areas.

The Technician completes assigned preventive maintenance the General Maintenance Technician will complete assigned preventive maintenance and reactive maintenance to equipment and facilities in a safety-conscious and team-oriented environment. The candidate will need to have a general understanding of mechanical, plumbing, electrical, painting, HVAC, and housekeeping of mechanical areas.
