You will perform general maintenance, repairs, and light electrical work, read blueprints, and plan layouts for renovations while maintaining daily logs and work orders. A High School diploma and relevant maintenance experience are required.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent required.
• Minimum of three years experience as a general mechanic or handyman.
• One year of trade school experience preferred.

Responsibilities

• Maintain and clean state-of-the-art facilities and ensure safety and first impressions for patients and staff.
• Perform repairs and renovations using power tools and electrical work.
• Read blueprints/models and plan layouts for new construction; maintain logs and work orders.
