Job summary

MiniMed is seeking a Facilities Maintenance Technician III for the 3rd shift to ensure safe, reliable operation of plant systems. You will perform repairs, preventive maintenance, and inspections on electrical, mechanical, plumbing, and HVAC equipment, using CMMS and SAP, and work with vendors as needed.

This hands-on, site-based role requires at least 4 years of maintenance experience, strong problem-solving, and the ability to read blueprints and wiring diagrams.

Qualifications

• Minimum of 4 years of relevant experience in maintenance.
• Vocational or technical education or certification may be required.
• Experience with building systems inspections and preventive maintenance.

Responsibilities

• 3rd Shift (Saturday to Thursday) repairs and maintenance of plant facilities and equipment.
• Perform electrical, mechanical, plumbing, and machine repairs as needed.
• Conduct inspections to prevent breakdowns and ensure safety and reliability.
• Utilize hand and power tools, read blueprints and wiring diagrams, and coordinate with vendors.
