Upstate Services Group seeks a Night Porter from 3pm to 11pm to support housekeeping leadership. You will perform cleaning and floor maintenance across offices, resident rooms, hallways, lobbies and dining areas, ensuring adherence to safety and regulatory standards.

Requires ability to follow instructions, complete daily tasks, and operate cleaning equipment with care. You will interact professionally with residents and staff while maintaining a clean, safe environment.

Competenze

Must be able to follow written and oral instructions.
Ability to complete detailed daily and project assignments.
Physical capability to lift 10–15 lb buckets repeatedly.
Ability to push/pull housekeeping carts up to 40 lbs.
Ability to bend frequently and mop/sweep as required.
Must operate cleaning equipment safely and effectively.
Professional conduct when dealing with residents, families and staff.

Mansioni

Perform floor maintenance including dusting, wet mopping, stripping, waxing, buffing and shampooing.
Maintain offices, resident rooms, corridors, lobbies, entrances and other public areas.
Handle soiled linens and trash rooms in line with guidelines.
Respond to verbal paging and work with minimal supervision.
