Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent required.
• Experience in plumbing, electrical, mechanical repair and carpentry.
• Ability to use precision measuring instruments.
• Physical ability to climb ladders and perform manual labor.
• Good hearing and verbal communication to understand instructions.

Responsibilities

• Perform routine and preventive maintenance on plumbing, electrical, mechanical and structural systems.
• Diagnose and repair issues related to mechanical systems, electrical wiring, drywall, and carpentry.
• Utilize precision measuring tools to verify repairs and installations.
• Climb ladders and access confined spaces safely during inspections and repairs.
• Communicate maintenance needs, progress and safety concerns with team members.
