Job summary

Atp4pneumatics in Milford, OH is seeking capable production workers to join our tubing manufacturing line. You will load raw material into hoppers, monitor downstream equipment, package finished tubing, and perform basic quality inspections to ensure prints and packaging meet specifications.

Ideal candidates have a high school diploma or GED, can read work instructions, perform basic math, and maintain reliable attendance in a fast-paced environment.

Qualifications

• Read and follow written work instructions and labels.
• Basic math skills (counting, weighing, measurements).
• Ability to work in a fast-paced manufacturing environment.
• Reliable attendance and punctuality.
• Willingness to work overtime and weekends.

Responsibilities

• Load raw material into hoppers and manage regrind as directed by the Operator.
• Monitor and tend downstream equipment (pullers, laser counters, winders, or hand spooling stations).
• Package finished tubing (spooling, boxing, labeling) according to order requirements.
• Perform visual inspections of product for surface defects, print quality, and packaging integrity.
• Perform dimensional checks (OD/ID/wall) using micrometers and calipers.
• Record production counts, scrap, and basic quality data accurately.
• Keep the work area clean and organized following 5S principles.
• Assist with material movement, empty gaylords, and scrap removal.
• Follow all safety procedures, lockout/tagout, and PPE requirements.
• Communicate issues or quality concerns immediately to the Operator or Supervisor.
• Support changeovers and line clean-ups as needed.
• Grind bad tubing in the regrind area in free time to be recycled back into the lines.
