Job summary

A leading specialty chemicals company is seeking a dedicated individual for a night shift role in St. Louis, MO. This position involves monitoring materials in a manufacturing setting, collaborating with operators, and ensuring compliance with safety regulations. Candidates should have a high school diploma (or equivalent) and the ability to perform physical tasks. Additional skills in software tools and forklift operation are preferred, with training available for qualified candidates. Qualifications

• Ability to read and interpret fractions.
• Previous experience in a manufacturing environment is a plus.
• Experience operating a forklift is beneficial, but training may be provided.

Responsibilities

• Maintain and monitor the hopper area.
• Reclaim and grind materials from production.
• Collaborate with operators on regrind percentages.
• Complete OSHA-approved forklift certification.
• Document material usage and production activities.
• Perform routine cleaning and maintenance of grinders.
• Label and store ground materials.
• Maintain a clean and organized work environment.
