Job summary

Reynolds Consumer Products is seeking an Extruder Operator Helper at our manufacturing plant to support material flow and ensure safe, continuous production. The role focuses on operating blending systems, monitoring regrind usage, and maintaining material flow across shifts.

Ideal candidates hold a high school diploma or GED, can lift 75 lbs, and work in a 12-hour night shift environment. Safety and teamwork are emphasized throughout our operations.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or GED required.
• Must be able to work 30’ off the ground.
• Must have the ability to lift 75 lbs occasionally as job demands.
• Basic math and good communication skills.

Responsibilities

• Operate and troubleshoot material blending systems to ensure smooth production.
• Monitor regrind usage and adjust according to departmental goals.
• Maintain material flow to all machines in the area.
• Label materials for later use and maintain hoses and equipment.
• Complete required paperwork and communicate across shifts.
