Houston Methodist is seeking an Emergency Room Technician to support nursing staff in the emergency department. You will assist with activities of daily living, document vitals, and help coordinate patient care for diverse populations.

Responsibilities include clerical tasks, communication with patients and families, and adherence to policy. Training in EKG, phlebotomy, and crisis interventions may be provided as part of orientation.

Qualificações

• Demonstrates ability to communicate clearly with patients and staff.
• Performs daily living activities under nurse supervision.
• Follows infection control and safety procedures.

Responsabilidades

• Perform delegated low-risk procedures under RN supervision.
• Record data and report observations to the licensed nurse.
• Assist with patient care tasks and unit duties as needed.
