Job summary

Cook Children's in Prosper, TX, is seeking a RN Staff DU for the Emergency Department to provide expert nursing care on the 22-bed ED, including 2 CC rooms, on third shift (7p–7a). You will apply the nursing process within an acuity-driven unit, coordinating with physicians and a multidisciplinary team.

Requirements include 1 year of direct nursing experience, Associate's degree in Nursing, active TX RN license, BLS, and unit-specific certifications such as PALS or NRP.

Qualifications

• 1 year of direct nursing experience.
• Active Texas RN license.
• BLS certification from American Heart Association.
• PALS or NRP and unit-specific certifications per guidelines.
