Qualifications

• ADN required.
• BSN preferred.
• MSN preferred.

Responsibilities

• Conduct individualized patient assessments and prioritize data collection based on condition and policies.
• Monitor and document patient condition and responses to nursing interventions.
• Administer medications accurately per orders and policies.
• Provide therapeutic nursing interventions with age- and culturally-appropriate care.
• Communicate patient status and needs during SBAR with the care team.
