Job summary

Lancesoft is seeking an Emergency Department RN in Hudson, FL for a fast-paced, high-acuity ER environment. The role includes triage, rapid assessment, stabilization, pain management, and care coordination for trauma, acute illness, and urgent care cases.

Responsibilities include rapid assessment, emergency stabilization, medication administration, patient education, discharge planning, and collaboration with ED physicians and team.

Qualifications

• Active RN license required.
• BLS and ACLS required within 30 days of hire.
• PALS or ENPC required within 6 months.
• TNCC required within 1 year.
• Nonviolent Crisis Intervention required within 6 months.
• Emergency Department experience.
• Strong acute care background required.

Responsibilities

• Rapid patient assessment and triage.
• Emergency stabilization and treatment.
• Medication administration and pain management.
• Patient education and discharge planning.

Skills

Active RN license
