Emergency Department RN position in Hudson, FL with full-time, night shifts (rotating weekends) offered by Lancesoft INC. Join a fast-paced ED delivering high-quality care to patients with acute illnesses and emergencies.

Compensation includes a competitive base pay plus a $4.75/hr night differential, a sign-on bonus up to $15,000, and a comprehensive benefits package with PTO and retirement plans. Career advancement opportunities are available within a supportive team environment.

Formación

• Active RN license
• ADN, BSN, or RN Diploma
• BLS & ACLS within 30 days of hire
• PALS or ENPC within 6 months
• TNCC within 1 year
• Nonviolent Crisis Intervention certification within 6 months

Responsabilidades

• Perform rapid patient assessment and triage
• Administer medications and monitor patient conditions
• Coordinate care with the healthcare team
• Provide patient and family education
