Job summary

Cynet HealthStaff is seeking an experienced Registered Nurse for the Emergency Department on a 13-week assignment in Winchester, TN. The shift runs 19:00 to 07:00, with a 12-hour schedule in a 12-bed ED.

The ideal candidate has a minimum of 5 years in emergency care, an active RN license, and BLS/ACLS/PALS certifications. You will provide high-quality care to a broad patient population, using Meditech EHR and essential bedside equipment.

Qualifications

• Minimum 5 years of ER nursing experience.
• Active RN license.
• BLS, ACLS and PALS certifications.
• Experience in a busy Emergency Department.
• Ability to work in a fast-paced environment.

Responsibilities

• Provide high-quality care to patients with various medical conditions in the Emergency Department.
• Manage a patient population across all ages with a 1:4 to 1:5 nurse-patient ratio.
• Utilize Meditech EHR and essential bedside equipment to monitor and treat patients.
• Collaborate with a multidisciplinary ED team to optimize patient flow.
