Job summary

Sentara BelleHarbour in Suffolk, VA is hiring a Supervisor, Nursing and Patient Care Services for the Night shift (9pm–7am). This full-time role covers 4 nights per week, Monday through Thursday, with no weekends or major holidays.

You will lead overnight operations, coach staff, perform unit audits, coordinate patient flow, manage staffing, and act as the primary liaison between departments. RN leadership requires BSN; MSN preferred; RN license and BLS within 90 days are required.

Qualifications

• BSN required.
• MSN preferred.
• Registered nursing license required.
• BLS required within 90 days of hire.
• Minimum 3 years of nursing experience; 5+ years preferred.

Responsibilities

• Oversee overnight operations of the BelleHarbour ER.
• Provide real-time coaching and unit audits.
• Coordinate patient flow and staffing during night shift.
• Serve as liaison between departments and nursing staff.
• Address emergencies and operational issues during shift.
