Job summary

MercyOne Dubuque seeks a Registered Nurse for the Emergency Department on a 12-hour night shift. This .9 FTE role includes 3 night shifts weekly, 1800-0630, with every 3rd weekend and holiday.

You will deliver rapid assessments, plan care, and collaborate with ED staff to ensure patient safety and high-quality outcomes. Qualifications

• Requires Associate degree in nursing.
• BSN preferred.
• Current Iowa RN license (Illinois license if working in IL) required.
• BLS required; ACLS required if unit has telemetry.

Responsibilities

• Provides and directs safe, effective care for urgent/emergent conditions.
• Supervises and coordinates ED team members.
• Facilitates communication with physicians, patients and families.
