Job summary

Advocate Health is seeking an Environmental Services supervisor for the 3rd shift (10:30pm-7am) in Charlotte, NC. The role supervises and coordinates EVS operations, orients and trains teammates, and manages schedules and staffing for the shift.

Requirements include a High School Diploma or GED and at least one year of institutional housekeeping, with supervisory experience preferred. 40-hour work week with benefits eligibility and substantial total rewards are offered.

• Previous supervisory experience preferred.

Responsibilities

• Coordinates and directs routine and non-routine Environmental Services operations for assigned area or shift.
• Orients and trains assigned teammates.
• Prepares schedules and resolves work-related staffing issues.
• Performs environmental service assignments.
• Prepares, processes or maintains records, reports, forms and other documents.
• Assumes responsibility for the operation and care of the departmental equipment used by assigned teammates.
