Job summary

Entegris, Inc. in Burnet, Texas, is seeking an Engineer Technician II for the purification-receiving role. The position involves starting and monitoring purification systems, decontamination, sampling, filling, and inspecting products.

You will work on a cross-functional team with a night shift of 6pm–6am after training, focusing on safety and quality while meeting customer timelines. You will perform lab support, equipment maintenance, and process improvements, and collaborate with engineers on

Qualifications

• 2+ years of experience in a technical field (chemical, semiconductor, aerospace, automotive)
• High School Diploma or equivalent; Associate degree preferred
• Experience with chemical handling and manufacturing environments
• Knowledge of inventory management beneficial
• Willingness to lift up to 50 lbs and push up to 130 lbs
• Flexible to adapt to multiple tasks and shifts
• Commitment to safety and quality excellence

Responsibilities

• Run purification systems under quality and engineering controls
• Decontaminate manufacturing equipment
• Sample, fill, and inspect final products
• Submit chemistry samples to the lab for analysis
• Fill canisters with chemistry and package as finished goods
• Inspect products to ensure quality standards
• Perform lab maintenance and PMs; manage supplies
• Ensure timely delivery of low volume products
• Collaborate with Engineers to run experiments and update PMs
