Job summary

Entegris, Inc. Burnet site is seeking an Engineer Technician II for the CWW Nights shift to start, monitor, and troubleshoot purification systems.

You will perform decontamination, sampling, filling, and inspection of products, while working cross-functionally to ensure safety, quality and on-time delivery. The role requires 2+ years in a technical field, a high school diploma or equivalent, with an associate degree a plus; SAP familiarity is beneficial as is ISO 9001/45000 knowledge.

Qualifications

• 2+ years of experience in a technical field (chemical, semiconductor, aerospace, automotive)
• High School Diploma or equivalent required
• Associate degree in chemistry, process operations, or another technical field a plus
• Previous chemical handling experience a plus
• Knowledge of inventory management
• ISO 9001, ISO 45000 knowledge helpful
• Flexibility to lift up to 50 lbs and push up to 130 lbs
• Willingness to perform multiple tasks and adapt to new situations

Responsibilities

• Run purification systems under quality and engineering controls
• Decontaminate manufacturing equipment
• Sample, fill, and inspect final products
• Pull chemistry samples and submit to the lab for analysis
• Fill canisters with chemistry and package as finished goods
• Inspect product to ensure quality standards
• Perform lab maintenance and ordering supplies
• Ensure on-time delivery of low volume products
• Propose and implement process improvements
• Collaborate with Engineers to run experiments and maintain PMs
