Responsibilities

• Provide basic EMT-level emergency medical care.
• Assess, monitor, and support patients during transport.
• Assist with patient movement and loading/unloading.
• Respond promptly to emergency calls and transportation requests.
• Maintain accurate patient care reports and transport documentation.
• Communicate effectively with patients, families, facilities, dispatchers, and staff.
• Perform vehicle and equipment checks to ensure clean, safe, and stocked.
• Follow medical protocols, company policies, and safety procedures.
• Maintain patient confidentiality and privacy compliance.
• Remain alert and prepared for changing patient needs overnight.
• Complete shift handovers and communicate relevant information to incoming staff.
• Maintain professional and compassionate care during night operations.
