Job summary

Trinity Health Grand Haven Hospital is seeking a dedicated Registered Nurse to join our team on a part-time, rotating night shift. This 12-hour shift position requires current RN licensure in Michigan and BLS certification, with BSN preferred to support our patient-centered care model.

You will collect and document patient data, identify outcomes, collaborate with families and caregivers, and evaluate progress. ACLS and PALS within 6 months of hire, and TNCC within 12 months are also expected.

Qualifications

• Current RN licensure in the State of Michigan, BSN preferred
• Current BLS
• ACLS and PALS within 6 months of hire
• TNCC within 12 months of hire

Responsibilities

• Collect and document comprehensive data pertinent to the patient's health and the situation
• Identify expected outcomes for a plan individualized for the patient and the situation
• Collaborate with the person, family significant others and caregivers as appropriate to implement the plan
• Evaluate and document patient's progress

Skills

RN licensure in MI

BLS

ACLS & PALS within 6 months

Education
