Qualifications

• Graduate of an accredited RN program with state licensure.
• Minimum 6 months RN nursing experience.
• BLS certification; ACLS, PALS as required.
• TNCC/ATCN within 1 year of hire; Trauma Nurse Core Course.
• Onsite ED nursing experience preferred.

Responsibilities

• Provide direct patient care in the ED with emphasis on safety and quality.
• Collaborate with a multidisciplinary team to optimize outcomes.
• Utilize nursing process for assessments, planning, and care delivery.
• Support precepting and ongoing professional development.
