The Emergency Department Technician role at Tanner Health in Villa Rica, GA supports patients, families, visitors, and staff by coordinating needs and enhancing service while enabling clinicians to focus on direct care.

No prior work experience required; candidates must have a high school diploma or GED and obtain CPR certification within 30 days. Shift is 12-hour nights (7 p.m. – 7 a.m.) with every-other weekend, on-site only.

Qualifications

• Proficient in written and verbal communication for documentation and patient, family and staff interactions to convey clear concise instructions and to accept information in order to understand and make decisions.
• Ability to understand and convey information to support patient care and satisfaction.
• No prior work experience required.

Responsabilités

• Assist ED staff to focus on direct patient care by coordinating patient needs and service requests.
• Identify patient and family needs to improve satisfaction and experience.
