Job summary

Providence Medford Medical Center is seeking an Emergency Technician for a 0.9 FTE night shift role, covering weekdays and weekends. Minimum qualifications include BLS (AHA) and PMAB annually, with at least 1 year of relevant experience.

Qualifications

• National Provider BLS - American Heart Association upon hire.
• PMAB annually upon hire.
• 1 year of relevant experience; patient care or clinical experience preferred.
• Experience acquired during certification or licensure process, military medical personnel experience or senior nursing student considered.

Responsibilities

• Assist physician/nurse practitioner during procedures with sutures, supplies, instruments and equipment.
• Maintain sterile technique during procedures.
• Provide direct patient care and support to the emergency team.
