CHRISTUS Health in Louisiana is seeking an experienced Registered Nurse to provide routine and complex care in a fast-paced clinical setting. The RN will practice independently, delegate to other care providers when appropriate, and help manage clinical contingencies.

Responsibilities include the nursing process (assessment, diagnosis, planning, intervention, evaluation), administering medications per protocol, documenting patient history and care, and educating patients and families.

Competenze

• BSN preferred.
• 1 year of nursing experience preferred.

• Provides nursing care utilizing the nursing process incl. assessment, diagnosis, planning, intervention and evaluation for assigned patients.

• Using the appropriate protocol, administers medications and treatments; monitors for side-effects and effectiveness.
• Documents patient history, symptoms, medication, and care given.
