Job summary

ProAmpac in Ontario, CA is seeking an experienced Electromechanical Maintenance Tech to join our Maintenance team. The role focuses on responding to trouble calls and performing electrical and electronic repairs on extrusion and printing equipment used in flexible packaging manufacturing.

You will maintain the production machinery and plant infrastructure, and ensure safety procedures are followed. The position requires experience with industrial electrical repair, PLCs, and familiarity with

Qualifications

• Experience in industrial electrical repair and PLCs is required.
• Knowledge of Print Press and Extrusion Machines is preferred.
• Ability to use computers to enter work orders, check parts, and complete safety training.

Responsibilities

• Respond to trouble calls on industrial equipment and perform electrical and electronic repairs.
• Maintain, repair and troubleshoot extrusion and print press machinery and supporting plant equipment.
• Transfer waste oil to DOT-approved drums and manage hazardous materials with proper labeling.
• Troubleshoot equipment problems and coordinate necessary repairs.
• Plan, repair, modify, and fabricate components while adhering to safety protocols.
• Participate in safety trainings and team meetings.
