Job summary

The Campbell's Company is seeking an EM Tech to perform advanced electrical duties within our manufacturing facility. This role requires extensive knowledge of electrical components as well as electrical safety codes and regulations.

The position involves planing and guiding maintenance on the assigned line, troubleshooting electrical and mechanical issues, maintaining records, and coordinating with teams to ensure safe, timely work.

Qualifications

• Understanding of Campbells’ Technical Programs & Policies
• LOTO, Electrical Safety, Arc Flash
• Understanding of the National Electric Code
• Ability to identify issues and determine repairs that are needed
• Understanding of basic OHM’s Law

Responsibilities

• Plan, monitor, and lead all maintenance activities on the assigned manufacturing line.
• Evaluate line performance and plan work requiring knowledge of electrical and mechanical procedures.
• Assist in troubleshooting and repairing mechanical and electrical issues.
• Maintain maintenance records for equipment.
• Coordinate with planning to build work priorities and resources.
• Delegate tasks based on team leader skills and training.
• Ensure safety and timely completion of maintenance work.
• Assist training opportunities with PIT Crew and Training Department.
• Support A3 investigations for quality, safety and reliability.
