TreeHouse Foods in Manawa, WI is hiring an Electrical and Automation Technician to support the Maintenance department. The role focuses on diagnosing and repairing electrical and automation equipment, performing preventive maintenance, and coordinating with operators across multiple locations.

The position offers a full-time permanent role with hands-on PLC and servo motor work, safety compliance, and opportunities to grow within a leading private-label foods company.

Qualifications

• Associate degree or related experience required.
• Strong troubleshooting with PLCs, servos, and electrical prints.
• Ability to work night shift on 2-2-3 schedule.

Responsibilities

• Work with PLCs, servo motors, safety devices, drives, and automation networks.
• Diagnose and repair mechanical, hydraulic, pneumatic, and electrical equipment across three local manufacturing locations.
• Perform routine maintenance and troubleshooting to optimize electrical and automation system performance and minimize downtime.
• Complete Preventive Maintenance (PM) tasks according to the monthly schedule.
• Document repair times, tools, and parts used in SAP.
• Collaborate with operators and technicians to troubleshoot failures, enhance skills, and maintain safety and compliance.
