Job summary

TreeHouse Foods is seeking an Electrical and Automation Technician for the Manawa, WI area. The role supports the Maintenance department in diagnosing, repairing, and maintaining PLCs, servo motors, safety devices, drives, and automation networks to improve plant performance.

The position requires an Associate Degree in an industrial electrical field or journeyman status, strong troubleshooting skills, a team mindset, and high attention to detail.

Qualifications

• Associate Degree in an Industrial Electrical field or Electrical Industrial Journeyman preferred, or equivalent experience.
• Strong troubleshooting skills with PLCs, servos, and electrical prints.
• Positive, team-oriented attitude.
• High attention to detail and strong mechanical aptitude.

Responsibilities

• Work with PLCs, servo motors, safety devices, drives, and automation networks.
• Diagnose and repair electrical, hydraulic, pneumatic, and mechanical issues across multiple locations.
• Perform preventive maintenance to optimize system performance and minimize downtime.
• Document repair times, tools, and parts used in SAP.
• Collaborate with operators and technicians to troubleshoot failures and maintain safety and compliance.
