Job summary

Mercy South Emergency Department in St. Louis is seeking an RN to provide patient care using the nursing process, maintain patient rights, and coordinate care with ED staff across triage, behavioral health, and fast-track areas.

The role offers a 36-hour work week on the night shift (6:00 pm–6:30 am) with incentives including premium pay, education assistance, and tuition reimbursement. Opportunity to grow through a 16-week Nurse Residency and on-campus parking.

Qualifications

• Graduate of an accredited registered nursing program.
• MO RN license or compact license required.
• Basic Life Support certification required or within 30 days of hire.

Responsibilities

• Provide patient care utilizing the nursing process.
• Coordinate patient care with other departments and ED team.
• Maintain patient rights and confidentiality in all duties.
