Job summary

Trinity Health Southwest Emergency Department is seeking a Registered Nurse (RN) to join a collaborative team responsible for delivering high-quality patient care in a 10-bed ED. This full-time, night-shift role emphasizes evidenced-based practice and patient-centered care within a Magnet-designated facility that supports shared decision making.

Qualified candidates hold an Associate Degree in Nursing (BSN preferred), Michigan nursing licensure, and current BLS.

Qualifications

• Graduation from an accredited Nursing school and program.
• Associates Degree in Nursing required; BSN preferred.
• Licensed in the State of Michigan.
• Current BLS Certification with American Heart Association.
• Emergency Department experience preferred; willingness to obtain ED certifications within 1 year.

Responsibilities

• Deliver patient care as part of an interdisciplinary team.
• Facilitate all aspects of the patient visit experience.
• Provide evidenced based, individualized care to patients in the ED.
