Job summary
AdventHealth in Tampa, Florida seeks a Registered Nurse for night shifts to deliver patient-centered care and manage plans of care. You will work within a team, follow infection prevention protocols, and ensure medication safety while applying nursing knowledge to diverse patient populations.
Ideal candidates hold an Associate's degree in Nursing (BSN preferred), Florida RN license, and BLS/ACLS/PALS certifications.
Qualifications
- Active RN license in Florida required.
- BLS, ACLS, PALS certifications required.
- Experience with nursing care procedures and patient safety.
Responsibilities
- Schedule: Nights and adhere to unit protocols.
- Follow infection prevention precautions and medication safety policies.
- Develop individualized care plans with measurable goals.
- Apply nursing knowledge to diagnoses, procedures and equipment.
- Ensure compliance with regulatory standards and patient safety.
