Job summary

ARMStaffing is seeking an experienced ED Registered Nurse for night shifts in Maryland. This 13-week contract features 3x12 hour nights (19:30–08:00) with every other weekend required.

Travel nursing experience is required; MD or Compact State licensure is needed, with BLS/ACLS/PALS/NIHSS/TNCC certifications preferred. Minimum 3 years in emergency nursing and strong trauma care skills are expected.

Qualifications

• Minimum 3 years of emergency nursing experience.
• Travel nursing experience required; first-time travelers with 5+ years may be considered.
• Active RN license in MD or Compact State.
• Current certifications: BLS, ACLS, PALS, NIHSS, TNCC.
• Relevant skills include acute care management, IV administration, and trauma protocols.

Responsibilities

• Provide high-quality care to patients in emergencies including chest pain, stroke, sepsis, and trauma.
• Monitor and assess patient conditions, administer medications and treatments as required.
• Collaborate with interdisciplinary teams to ensure comprehensive care.
• Maintain efficient patient flow and triage based on acuity.
• Utilize EPIC for accurate documentation and patient tracking.
