Qualifications

• Candidates MUST have minimum of 2 years of true, recent Emergency Department experience.
• RN license is required.
• Must have BLS certification or obtain within 30 days of starting.

Responsibilities

• Conduct detailed clinical assessments and prioritise patient and family needs.
• Create, implement, and evaluate care plans; adjust to reach outcomes.
• Educate patients and families and document learning needs.
• Delegate tasks carefully and follow up with team members.
• Collaborate with colleagues to develop comprehensive care plans.
• Ensure safety, effectiveness and efficiency in patient care delivery.
