Job summary

Utz Quality Foods in Hanover, PA is seeking a Dumper/Back Up Machine Operator to support production lines with packaging materials and to move finished goods to the warehouse. You will operate barrel filling lines, the rod machine and labelers, while helping the warehouse team load trucks and prepare materials.

This full-time night shift runs Sunday to Wednesday, 5:55 PM to 5:55 AM, with a focus on safety, quality and cleanliness.

Qualifications

• Requires basic reading, writing and math skills.
• Able to lift a minimum of 80lbs.
• Forklift license is required.

Responsibilities

• Supplies production lines with needed materials.
• Places skids of cardboard/barrels at tables and packing stations.
• Uses forklift or hand jack to transport skids of finished product to warehouse
• Operates barrel filling lines, rod machine and labelers.
• Helps/backfills warehouse personnel to load trucks, unload incoming materials.
• Maintains cleanliness of work area.
• Responsible for quality and food safety tasks for their position
