Job summary

Performance Food Group is seeking a Driver Helper to support Driver staff in delivering products to customers across intrastate and interstate routes. You will assist with loading, unloading, and accurately documenting deliveries while upholding DOT safety requirements.

The role emphasizes customer interaction, punctuality, and teamwork, with a Monday–Friday schedule and early start times between midnight and 4:00 a.m. A detailed eligibility and safety process applies.

Qualifications

• High School Diploma/GED or equivalent is required.
• Minimum 6 months in a warehouse with customer interaction.
• Lane-specific pre-employment drug test and background check.

Responsibilities

• Assist the Driver in safe, on-time delivery of products.
• Load and unload trucks and place products per customer directions.
• Complete required delivery documentation promptly.
• Perform other duties as assigned to support the team.
