Job summary

Performance Foodservice—part of Performance Food Group—seeks a Driver Helper to support delivery operations and customer interactions across routes. You will assist the Driver in timely, safe product delivery, help with loading/unloading, and ensure proper documentation while upholding company service standards.

The role emphasizes safe handling, regulatory compliance, and collaboration with drivers and customers to maintain service levels and food safety.

Qualifications

• High School Diploma/GED or equivalent.
• 6+ months in warehouse environment and interfacing with customers within foodservice industry.
• Pass post offer drug test and criminal background check.

Responsibilities

• Assists the Driver in the safe and accurate delivery of products to customers in a timely and efficient manner.
• Loads and unloads truck and/or company vehicles.
• Places products in areas identified by customers.
• Completes required documentation in a timely manner.
• Performs other related duties as assigned.
