Job summary

Avery Dennison Corporation in Charlotte, NC is seeking a Back End operations associate for the night shift (Wednesday 10:30 PM–7:00 AM, Thu–Sat 8:00 PM–7:30 AM). The role focuses on quality control, label inspection, packing, and timely shipping to meet customer deadlines.

You will log time and materials in the ERP system, maintain safety and cleanliness, and be available for overtime or another shift as needed.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or GED required.
• Ability to stand for long shifts and lift up to 50 pounds.
• Overtime or alternate shift may be required.

Responsibilities

• Inspect, separate, slot, and package label/print products to meet delivery deadlines.
• Maintain quality control standards throughout the process.
• Log time and materials in the ERP system accurately.
• Ensure shipments are completed and delivered to the correct recipients as scheduled.
• Communicate quality or shipping issues to relevant staff.
• Assist with delays and coordinate with couriers as needed.
• Maintain a clean, safe work area and follow PPE and safety rules.
