Job summary

Avery Dennison in Charlotte, NC is seeking a Back End Night Shift worker responsible for quality control, label inspection, packaging, and shipping to meet delivery deadlines while upholding quality standards. The role requires accurate ERP system use and strict safety adherence.

Shift hours include Wed 10:30pm-7:00am and Thu-Sat 8:00pm-7:30am, with overtime or other shifts possible. A high school diploma or GED is required; prior manufacturing QA experience is a plus.

• Experience in manufacturing quality control is preferred.
• Ability to follow safety policies and procedures.

Responsibilities

• Inspect, separate, slot, and package label/print products.
• Maintain and monitor quality control standards.
• Log time and materials in the ERP system accurately.
• Ensure shipments follow the daily schedule and are correct.
• Communicate issues to the appropriate staff promptly.
