The role involves coordinating workloads, ensuring standard work practices, and leveraging systems like Wavemark, Atpar, FLICS, and PeopleSoft to optimize availability for clinicians and patients.

Qualifications

• High School Diploma or GED required.
• 2-5 years of experience preferred in distribution/inventory roles.
• Experience coordinating workloads and staff is a plus.

Responsibilities

• Performs service audits and provides general oversight of departmental operations.
• Represents the department in supply distribution initiatives and communicates with clinical leads.
• Maintains expertise on inventory management technologies and shares best practices.
• Supports daily fill-rate decisions and collaborates with purchasing, sourcing, and vendors.
• Coordinates design, layout, and implementation of new par locations for renovations or new facilities.
