Job summary

Journey Found, Inc. in Bolton, CT is seeking compassionate caregivers to support individuals with developmental disabilities with daily living activities, transport, and community engagement.

Responsibilities include medication administration, documenting program data, coordinating with nurses and supervisors, and ensuring safe, respectful care; requires high school diploma, 3 years driving, and MAP training; full-time with benefits. Salary $20.85/hour; schedule Thurs-Mon 12a-8a.

Qualifications

• Must have at least a High School Diploma or its equivalent.
• Must have at least 3 years driving experience with a valid driver’s license.
• Behavioral Management Experience and/or formal training.
• Ability to communicate, both orally and in writing.
• Will be required to be PMT, CPR, FA and complete DDS Medication Administration Program (MAP).
• Must be free from communicable disease.

• Supporting individuals with activities of daily living (getting dressed, cooking, cleaning, bathing, toileting etc.).
