AHRC Nassau is seeking a Direct Support Professional for the Massapequa location, working Sun–Thu, 11 p.m. to 9 a.m.

This full-time role supports residents in the Community Living Services program, helping with self-care, health and safety, and daily activities to promote a high quality of life. Requirements include a high school diploma or equivalent, a valid NYS driver's license, and good communication skills.

Qualifications

• High School Diploma or equivalent required.
• Must have the ability to communicate and understand written and oral directives/information.
• Must submit a valid NYS driver's license and maintain driver status throughout employment.

• Provide ongoing support to residents to ensure a high quality of life.
• Support in self-care routines, health, safety, household chores, socialization and wellbeing.
