Broadridge is hiring a Digital Press Operator for our South Windsor, CT location. The role involves loading stock, setting up the press, troubleshooting, and performing quality checks to meet production goals.

Requirements include 1–3 years of related printing experience, a high school diploma or equivalent, the ability to lift up to 35 lb, and availability to work the 6pm–6am shift. Compensation is $19.50 per hour with bonus eligibility.

Formación

• High School diploma or equivalent.
• 1 to 3 years related printing experience.

Responsabilidades

• Maintain a safe working environment. Perform lockout/tagout procedures appropriately.
• Load the press with appropriate stock and consumables.
• Set up and print images on appropriate stock, following the production schedule. Print the job before the due date.
• Troubleshoot and resolve equipment issues.
• Perform quality inspection in compliance with proofing and approval procedures.
• Perform routine preventative maintenance on equipment.
• May perform other duties/responsibilities as needed or assigned.
• Consistently meet department production and quality goals.
• Ability to efficiently setup and run up to 2 printers at a time.
• Stay abreast and maintain knowledge of cutting edge technology in the work environment.
