Job summary

Broadridge Financial Solutions in South Windsor, CT is seeking a Digital Press Operator to support production by loading stock, setting up presses, and ensuring quality output. The role requires basic computer skills, the ability to lift up to 35 lb, and standing for long shifts.

Overtime may be required; $19.50 hourly with bonus eligibility. Responsibilities include maintaining safety standards, troubleshooting equipment, and meeting daily production goals while supporting a fast-paced printing

Qualifications

• Be able to read, write, speak and understand English.
• Must be able to move heavy paper roll and lift up to 35 lb.
• Must stand or walk for 12 hours.

Responsibilities

• Maintain a safe working environment and follow lockout/tagout procedures.
• Load stock and consumables; set up and print images per schedule.
• Troubleshoot equipment issues and perform quality inspections.
• Perform preventative maintenance and meet production goals.
• Be able to operate up to 2 printers simultaneously.
