Job summary

The Marek Group in Waukesha, WI is seeking a Digital Press Operator to set up and operate Canon/Xerox/HP color inkjet presses. You will produce high-quality outputs while meeting customer specs, deadlines, and production targets.

Responsibilities include color matching, troubleshooting, and communicating diagnostics to teams. Requires a high school diploma, willingness to train, and 11 PM–7 AM shift availability. Safety and efficiency are essential in this fast-paced environment.

Qualifications

• Requires a high school diploma.
• Previous print industry experience preferred, but training is available.
• Able to work 3rd shift: 11 PM–7 AM CST.
• Experience with Canon Color, Xerox Color, or HP Color Ink Jet preferred.

Responsibilities

• Operate and troubleshoot digital press.
• Perform color matching of supplied materials.
• Interpret, document, and communicate diagnostic feedback from the equipment to resolve production or maintenance issues.
• Read and understand job tickets.
• Complete the necessary paperwork required for each job.
• Communicate effectively with prepress, customer service and management.
• Maintain all necessary equipment and perform monthly inventory on departmental items.
• Maintain safety and productivity with minimal waste; comply with safety guidelines.
