McLane Company, Inc. in Little Rock, AR is seeking a Delivery Assistant to support the Delivery Driver. You won’t drive the truck but will unload, store, and assist with on-time deliveries while upholding safety and customer-service standards.

The role is 3rd shift with a pay rate of $22.00 per hour. Benefits begin after 60 days and include medical, dental, vision, FSA/HSA, life insurance, vacation and sick leave accrual, holidays, 401(k) with profit sharing, and more.

Qualifications

• Must be at least 18 years old.
• Ability to read, write, and understand English to perform job tasks safely.
• Lift and move product and pallets up to 75 pounds.

Responsibilities

• Unload trailer using a hand truck or 2-wheeled dolly.
• Place all delivery items in customer-designated food-safe storage areas.
• Assist the Driver's efforts to ensure accurate and on-time deliveries.
• Work safely to prevent injury to people and damage to products.
