Job summary

Broadcom in Fort Collins is seeking an Equipment Maintenance Technician to sustain and improve wafer fab equipment across Front Range facilities. You will handle complex assignments with initiative and document procedures for new platforms.

The role emphasizes data-driven troubleshooting and cross-functional teamwork with engineering and production. The position supports night shifts (12-hour, 6:00pm–6:00am) with a comprehensive benefits package and opportunities to mentor peers while driving

Qualifications

• Associate degree or higher in Electronics Technology or equivalent training.
• Knowledge of electrical, mechanical, RF, plasma, microwave, hydraulic and vacuum tech.
• Strong verbal and written communication skills.
• Ability to work in a dynamic environment and deliver results.
• Authorization to work within the U.S.

Responsibilities

• Repair, maintain and improve wafer fab equipment, with minimal supervision.
• Collaborate with Equipment Engineering, Production and Process Engineering to improve platforms.
• Ensure maintenance work orders are entered and tasks completed on time.
